The fare rules, policies, and processes of the individual suppliers apply to any refunds and future credits.
- A full refund is only available if your cruise booking is classified as refundable. Please ensure you review the cruise line's terms and conditions before finalizing your booking.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it is governed by the cruise line's policies, and the booking may be either refundable or non-refundable.
- For refundable fares, cruise lines may impose cancellation penalties.
- All service fees charged by Cruise Reservation Desk after booking are non-refundable and may change without prior notice. Government-imposed taxes and port fees are also subject to change.
- Refunds are available only when allowed by our cruise line partners' fare rules, and only after your refund request has been approved by us.
- Most cruise bookings are refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the original booking. However, the service fee charged by Cruise Reservation Desk remains non-refundable.
- Please note that most "no-shows" are not eligible for any refund waivers from suppliers. If a customer fails to board the cruise, no refund will be provided.
- Refunds may be possible if Cruise Reservation Desk successfully obtains waivers from cruise lines to process the cancellation and refund request.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to be processed.
Cancellation refund requests will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- You have submitted a cancellation and refund request, and the cruise line's fare rules permit such cancellations and refunds.
- The request complies with the terms and conditions of our cruise bookings and services.
- You are not classified as a "no show" (as most "no show" bookings are not eligible for any refund waivers from cruise lines).
- We have successfully obtained waivers from the cruise line to process the requested cancellation and refund.
There is no guarantee on when refunds for cancellations will be processed. Once our customer service agent receives your cancellation and refund request, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt along with your tracking number. While this confirmation shows that your request has been received, it does not guarantee that you will be eligible for a refund.
We will then contact suppliers, such as cruise lines and travel partners, to request a waiver in accordance with their policies and inform you of their decision.
Refunds may take longer to reflect on your bank statement if the cruise line grants the request.
The entire process, from receiving your request to the refund appearing on your statement, may take between 60 to 90 days. A post-booking service fee, which is non-refundable and subject to change without notice, will be charged in addition to any penalties imposed by the cruise line or other suppliers.
All taxes and government-imposed charges are subject to change. You will only be charged the final amount as reflected on your booking confirmation.

Please note, Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) are not covered by Cruise Reservation Desk's cancellation and refund policy. This means that even if a ticket is canceled within 24 hours of the original booking, tickets purchased through Low-Cost Carriers are non-refundable.
